Starting the Glenn Bathroom Renovation we had a space 5’x8’ and we needed this space to include; vanity with storage use and counter space for 2, toilet, tub/shower, makeup center, and some attention to window that was in the shower.

With a fully comprehensive plan covering the main bathroom and the lower bathroom the client wanted to remodel the following year, we designed a bathroom that used all available space, yet gave the illusion of more space than we started with.  (we included the lower bathroom in the design to make sure we would not have to access any of the mechanical items behind the new bathroom finishes in the future.)

The Jaworski Project

With a busy family and the main bath outdated it was necessary for our clients to plan a new bathroom for their home.  With the space we had to work with we were not able to meet stringent code requirements for minimum space so we planned a small addition.  Adding 1’ to the exterior side of the bathroom allowed us create a space that had room to make our clients and the city happy.  The 1’ foot addition was planned to line up with an existing jog in the exterior wall and we only needed to install a beam to hold up the roof and a footing to hold up the floor.  A very cost effective solution to the space problem.

With our 3d rendering software we were able to communicate the design effectively to the clients so everyone understood the design before we even got started with the project.

The final product was beyond expectations, we were able to get the two room bathroom built and fit into the space for an exceptionally functional bathroom.  With a pocket door off the master bedroom and another door from the hall the whole family can use this bathroom with ease.

The Robertson Bathroom

Across the hall from the exercise room we wanted a large bathroom with a walk in shower, heated floors, and a nice furniture grade vanity.
